i'm sorry for my inactivity, i have just now gotten my internet back up and going. it got wiped out during a storm last week and we just got it fixed and repaired all the connections so i will be active atleast once a day.

As you may have known Signitures have not been working. Well after exploring the Administration Control Panel i found out how to activate Signitures for people.
